IESE 40under40 entrepreneurs are innovators, disrupters and dreamers. All IESE alumni are inquisitive and persistent, inspired and inspiring. They represent the future of entrepreneurship and innovation: ambitious, purpose-driven, and deeply connected to IESE’s mission to lead with impact. Whether they're engineering wind‑powered sails, cutting water waste, democratizing fintech or simplifying business travel, they’re poised to become leaders in their fields.
An international jury will also select four special awardees in the following categories: Outstanding Female Entrepreneur, Most Innovative Entrepreneur, Entrepreneur with the Most Social Impact, and Entrepreneur with the Best Growth Track.
Ready to nominate? - Eligibility criteria
To qualify for the IESE 40under40, alumni candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Generate €1 million+ in annual revenue
- Raise €1 million+ in venture capital
- Successfully exit with a valuation of €10 million+
